The Assignment:

You will create a professional looking poster for an audience of scientists on one element from the Periodic Table. You will create this poster using Microsoft Power Point. You should use some scientific terminology and words that have been discussed in your science class. It is up to you how you choose to arrange the information on your PowerPoint to create this professional looking poster of your element.

BE SURE you do not just copy and paste information from the internet, this is plagiarism. You should choose the important information you need for your poster and write the information on your planning sheet. Be sure your information is relevant and it has been put into your own words.

Be sure to arrange your poster so it can be read easily. You may use lists or bullets for the important key points. Avoid lengthy paragraphs and long sentences. If you copied information directly from the internet without putting it into your own words (plagiarism), you will receive a zero for the entire assignment.
